Foiled by the Internet

You never appreciate an Internet connection until you no longer have one. At least, I don't.
My wifi has been failing me the past few days (and as far as I know, it might vanish again tonight). Usually, the Internet does a very good job of distracting me from doing important things, like writing. So with it gone, you would think I would have taken the opportunity and the sudden, amazing lack of distractions to work on my novel. But instead, I spent the time sitting around fuming and waiting for the Internet to come back.
